digitalization, in term of workers efficiency of an organization to be competitive and
determine the impacts of workplace transformation on Broadsword Event House”

Research type For the present study both methods i.e. qualitative and quantitative methods has been used in the study
Research approach There are two main methods of the research approach i.e. inductive and deductive that is used by the scholar in their research.
Data collection and sampling There are two types of data collection methods such as primary and secondary has been adopted by the scholar by conducting
questionnaire (secondary source) and interview(primary source).

 The research is revealing that the contribution of workplace transformation helps to
employees in argumentation of their skills and efficiency. In this report all the
associated aspects were evaluated and a broad picture has been presented.
 At the same time, there are wide number of employees are engaged with this even
entity so can not avoid the fact that for staying competitive the organization is supposed
to be hyper inclined to change adoptions and getting its employees ready to abide with
