organisation such as better employee experience by giving them flexible workstyle that attract and retains
kind of talent. The security is improved and data breach protection is provided by offering a complete view to IT
into network traffic, users, files etc. whereas digital technologies involves the use of electronic tools and
resources that helps in generating, storing and processing data. The use of digital technologies helps in
increasing the efficiency of systems along with maintain data flow and employee’s records. The operational cost
is reduced which enables business to grow rapidly.

As it become very essential for the every organisation to create an innovative digital workspace.
Therefore, it recommended to Bentley that it should employ the technical individuals in its workspace as they
have a great knowledge regarding digital things. Along with this respective company is advised to build its
toolbox as employees need to get their job done. For this Bentley need to shared its vision to its employees. As it
has been analysed that blueprint is another beneficial aspects, therefore, Bentley should establish a blueprint or
