has wide scope that will help in providing detail analysis regarding the conception of

undertake current project for having better understanding of effective use of
innovative digital technology and supporting better transformation in workplace.

appropriate set of research methodology for having high quality level in current
project. In addition, data collection involves combination of primary and secondary
methods as to ensure ample amount of data helps in meeting set objectives
effectively.
Time- This represent the total time which is needed in order to perform and
undertaking an investigation. The current investigation is expected to be completed
within the time frame of three to four months.
Resource- Within project there are several sets of asset and resources which
is used in current project that involves resources related to financial, human,

technical and others. For having effective management of people & work in
organisation along with ensuring timely collection of data it is required to have
human resources. To meet the research expenses, it required to have financial
resources whereas technical resources involve the use of internet, computers etc. as
to have effective recording and data collecting (Channa, 2020).
Risk- With the research it has been seen that there are several sets of issues
which affects the project performance and efficiency is hamper. For the current
project the key risk which is identified is lack of sufficient number of resources as
well as issue of limited time duration for performing various activities.
Communication- To share information in systematic manner and research
findings with stakeholder’s it is required to bring out appropriate communication and
taking use of official notice board along with e-mails are made. In the research there
is use of both formal and informal modes of communication for removing the
chances of confusion and confusion.

approach is the most acceptable and appropriate choice because it provides a time-
and money-saving method for gathering data from a larger group of participants via a
questionnaire (Jackson, 2019.).

The two types of research methodology that are most frequently employed
are qualitative and quantitative. The qualitative method requires more effort and time
to apply because it involves completing a thorough examination. Therefore, given the

nature of the current study, it is more appropriate to employ and use a quantitative
approach, which includes simple data gathering and presentation in a numeric set.
Data collection: To guarantee that there is enough information to satisfy and
achieve the present target, data collection for the current project uses both primary
and secondary sources of information. A questionnaire will be used to gather primary
data, and the analysis of online collections of articles and journals will be used to
gather secondary data (Klotins, and Peretz-Andersson, 2022).
Research tools
A questionnaire, which is essentially a written document containing a set of
questions focused on a certain topic, has been employed in the current study as a
research method. Additionally, using a random sampling technique, a sample size of
30 people was also chosen from among the Tesco. employees. For data gathering,
