What a busy day to start off! Today I experienced importance of technology and the way
it has changed our life perspective. Innovations and new techniques are changing world and daily
lives of each one of us (Smith and et.al., 2013). I realised about the interdependency of our life
over automation. I used computers to make presentation for my work, to communicate with my
family, etc.
Technology is used by me to conduct research, complete my school projects and to know
more about my coursework and topic which I studied in class lectures. For example: today I
missed my class due to health issues and important topic has been discussed regarding
Importance of Information technology. Through using social media sites, I was able to contact
my friends and took out all necessary details with my topic. Further, I researched on search
engines like Google to get detailed information about IT and it uses (Baron-Cohen and et.al.,
2013).
I use mobile phone and apps to meet and connect with new and old friends who are far
apart. Thus, technology is absolute need of my life and I cannot escape from it this is because it
has played a crucial role in changing and modifying my life. It helps in bringing down social,
communicational and geographical barriers within world.

Technology has become an indispensable part of my life I cannot resist from its vital role
in changing my perspective. Today I witnessed an incident that took place in New Jersey where
13 people were killed and 130 people were injured badly. Through Social media apps I can know
about current issues in different parts of the world. YouTube, Facebook, etc. serve as online
portal which help me to share my views and comment on global issues like, women
empowerment, climatic changes, etc. Further, developing of official apps by News agency gives
faster information and live updates of incidents occurred in different parts of the world (Beyens,
Frison and Eggermont, 2016). I can use Apps to buy or sell products from different brands along
with this using these applications I can provide fund to areas which are prone to serious natural
calamities and disasters.
By using technology, I can connect with my friends and in same way I can personalise
my experience of shopping, watching film and TV series, etc. I can buy trendy t-shirts, bags and
jeans of different brands through official websites made by company. I can access to any product
or service in just one tap this is due to introduction of e-commerce and mobile phones. I can
shop for my favourite jeans from H&M by using their website. Further, I used websites of
different companies to match prices and trends while shopping online. I can order in any kind of
eatery item from my personal computer and through apps which I downloaded in my cell phone
from Dominos, KFC or Burger King. This has made my day easy and give me time to put focus
on other relevant areas.

Today, I will write about technology impact on educational sector It has made a very big
change in education world, with invention of gadgets or applications I can access to full library
material via mobile app or website on any smartphone or iPad which help in saving my time and
effort of visiting any physical library. Apps support and provide access to different educational
and scholarly materials (The Use of Technology in Education and Teaching Process, 2013). The
effective use of technology in education has change way of learning and it has created
opportunities for younger students like me (Bourke and et.al., 2012). In my college studies are
conducted through Power Point slides further, both teachers and students can collaborate in real
time using advanced educational technology.
In my opinion, Online education is more flexible and affordable, students can attend
classrooms during their free time (Llamas and Belk, 2013). It provides chance to me to attract
with other students virtually and yield positive results in our education sector. Advancement in
technology has changed my perspective because through applications I can access to more
information about related topic and get to know in details about its uses and impact (Veletsianos
and Shaw, 2018).

Today I came across a new word which is very popular in virtual world i.e. Social
Construction. It examines development of jointly constructed understanding of the world that
formed basis for shared assumptions about reality. Technology has changed the angle of viewing
world and has impacted on social construction. Development of media has influence thinking
process of people around the world (Hodge, 2014). Earlier, women were considered weak and
fragile but technology has played important role in rebuilding a positive and strong image of
them. Social media sites are giving opportunities to women for showing their talent and earn
appreciation from the world.
It has not only impacted on thought process but changed our lifestyles as well. Today, younger
generation like me are influenced by the current trends and fashion which is accessible through
one tap or click from the Personal Computers and smart phones.
Technology impact can be seen in science and medical field as well (Bourke and et.al.,
2012). I can notice the increased use of automation which has raised life expectancy of people,
and treatment of chronic diseases can be provided through machines and medications. Further,
innovation is been supported to change our current life and make it better than existing one.
Automation has influenced my identity in numerous ways such as, interacting with
friends, learning from online library, etc. Use of online world has paved a way where people can
find their relatives and friends to interact with. It gives youngsters like us a chance to make
friends and increase our circle of interaction. Applications has developed a better sense of
creativity among us (Someya, Bauer and Kaltenbrunner, 2017). For instance, I can post a video
or blogs of my work through Facebook, you Tube and Instagram which gives me a platform to
showcase my talent to world. There are jobs for online bloggers to impart their creativity and
exchange their opinion about current issues across the globe.
