implement strategies so that they are able to attain competitive advantages. It is important for the
business to have proper support from the side of employees so that they are able to attain the
goals and objectives. Main focus of the research is made on understanding the importance of
digitizing the kitchen systems so it improves productivity. For this respect, Adams Restaurant
Birmingham is taken in to consideration. From the findings, it can be stated that workers face
difficulty to understand the digitized system as they think it is complex. In order to over this,
