INTRODUCTION
Digitalisation in health care services defined as an revolution that combines techniques

services (Botrugno, 2019). Healthcare organisation is taking initiatives towards adopting the full
digitalisation of the enterprise with help of making medical services more accessible. In addition
to this, health technical advancement is termed out as an application that organized the
knowledge and skills in manner as devices, medicine, procedures and system that develops to
sort out the health problem and this also improves the quality of lives.
The present report is based on the digitalisation that impacts the customer choice of the
healthcare providers within the UAE. Furthermore, report will outlines the aims and objectives
on the basis of chosen topic. Thus, research methodologies will be taken to undertake the
research study in reliable and proper manner. Additionally, structure will define that aids to
conclude the research activities properly. Lastly, time-frame will be given that helps to undertake
all research activities with proper deadline.
Aims and objectives-
The overall aim of the proposed research is to explore that behaviour of consumer is
highly influenced with quality and improved services with use digital advancement in health

Digitalisation in heath services that aids to promote better and improved services.

Digitalisation and execution of new and innovative technical advancement within
healthcare facilities over the past decades have created the sweeping changes across industries

enables access to healthcare services for patients within the remote locations. As per the view of
Konttila, Siira and Utsumi, (2019) stated that healthcare can be considered as highly competitive
industry and this also aids to introduce new ways for patients to customise the care facilities and
aids to identify more convenient options for health services. In contrary to Preko, Boateng and
Effah, (2019) stated that digital advancement within healthcare services aids to create the new
opportunities for patients and this also exercise choice of customer and services.
According to the view of Mattsson, (2019) stated that technological advancement has potential
that offers doctors to speed up and to bring improvement within the diagnostic capabilities by

one of the effective tool in healthcare advancement as this speed up the diagnoses, improves the
outcomes of patients and also leads to cut treatment cost by more than the 50%.

properly so that results can be generated that are accurate and precise. Herein, thematic analysis
will be used to undertake proposed research study properly.
