The findings indicate strong agreement on the benefits of digital technologies, such as mobile applications and advanced data analytics, in enhancing healthcare efficiency and patient outcomes. The discussion section further explores these themes, citing literature to support the positive effects of digitalization on patient care, data protection, and the overall efficiency of healthcare organizations. The report also addresses the challenges and suggestions for further integration of digital tools in healthcare, emphasizing the potential for future advancements and improvements in the sector.

Theme 1: Strongly agree that digitalisation help me in finding the health care providers which
a person is looking at.

Interpretation: from the above data it is clear that the digitalization in the health care sector is
very hlepful for both the patients and the service providers witihn the industry. This is majorly
because of the fact that the fact that the digitalization means that the new and advance
technology is being adapted by the professional and worker working in the helath care industry.
As agreed by 41 % of the respondent from the total sample of 200 people they state that
digitalization help the patient in fidnging out the helathcare provider which they are requiring. It
is so because of the fact that with help of technological advancement there are many dfferent
mobile applications with which the patient can enter their medical problems and the application
will suggest thme that which are the best doctors or the medical assistance they can get. This is
only possible beucase of the high adaption to the latest techonlogy witihn the helath care

industry. But in against of this 14.5 % of the population strongly disagrees to this fact beucase of
the reason that the use of technology might not be accessible to every person. Thus, this is not
helpful for the people who have no or very less access to the techology. Also, some of the
participant that is 13.5 % says that they are not sure and are confused to the fact that whether the
digitalization in the field of technology is whether useful or not.

Interpretation: from the analysis of the above data and information it is clear that digitalisation is
very hlepful in the field of health care. This is majorly beucase of the fact that with help of
digitalization the helath care providers can provide their services in more effective and efficient
manner. It is strongly agreed by 35.5 % of repondent that yes digitalization in the field of helath
care is hlepful for the patients in getting more good and effective services. This is majorly
because of the reoasn that the treatment will be provided with help of technologies and this use
of technology will ensure that the person or the patient is given appropriate and correct

treatment. Also, this is agrees by the respondent because the use of digital technology is helping
health care companies to take care of the patient in more effective and correct manner. This is
because with help of technology the quality of service has improved and also timely treatment is
provided to the patients in case of emergency. Also, with help of digitalization the helath care
service providers are able to reach to remote places in low developed states and villages of UAE.
But this is not agreed by most of the repsondent beucase of the fact that this digitalization
involves more of the cost. This adaption to digitalization includes increase in the cost as there is
involved cost of implanting technology, cot of operating and maintaining techology, cost of
training the employees and medical staff and many others.

it is clear that digitalization of the helath care sector s very hlepful in getting more better services
to the patients. This is strongly agreed by 34.5 % and is agreed by 29.5 % of the participants.
Thus, it is clear that majorty of the participant are agreeing to the fact that digitalizartion in the

field of health care is very hlepful for its consumers that is the patient in gettig more advnace and
proper services. This is majorly because of the fact that digitalization will hlpe companies in
health care sector to provide for the system which is very practical and robust infrastructre. The
use of digital technology like artificial intelligence, predictive analysis, robotic support for caring
of patients and all other related technolgy help the health care sector and companies to give best
treatment to the conusmers and patients. But some of the participant does not agree to the fact
that with help digitalization the consumer will get much better and effective services but this will
also increase the cost for the patients. This is because the technological advancement will
increase the cost for the company and they will take it from the patient coming in the place.

digitalization is very hlepful for the health care providers. This is strongly agreed by 45.5 % and
agreed by the 31 % of the participant that digitalization is helpful for the helath care providers.
This is majorly because of the reason that this use of digital technology is very hlepful for the

companies in providing more practical and effecitve appraoch for the treatment of the diseases.
This is because the technology provides the companies more proficiency of the services of
company. There are many new technology being introduced in the health care services such as
data analytics like pescriptive, predictive, prescriptive and mant others, Internet of things (IoT)
differnet technology relating to recording of data of diferent patients for future reference and
many other safety measures for the company ot care for patients. Also, if the companies in haelth
care secotr will involve more use of technology then this will increase proficiency of the
companeis and this will build the trust and liyalty of the consumer towards the health care
service providers.

Interpretation: with the hlpe of the above information and its analysis and evalaution it is clear
that the use of digitalization witihn the helath care sector is very hlepful in the future of
companies as well. This is agreed by 49.5 % of participants because they think that the

digitalization help the health care service provider to manage their operations and working in
proper and effecitve manner. Like for instance, the techniques of IoT help the health care
providers to manage the monitoring at the time of operation in the IC. This IoT includes the
different devices for the wireless monitoring ultrasound witihn the hodpital environment. Also,
the big data analytics help the health care providers in real time monitoring of the data and the
behaviour and pattern of the patients in their helath care set up.
Theme 6: Some of the suggestion which may help the health care services in adapting the use
of digitalization.
Interpretation: from the analysis and evaluation of the above data it is clear that the use of
digitalization in the helath care setup is very hlepful for the company. This is because of the
reaosn that these technology help the companeis in managing their operations in more effective
and efficient manner. As per opinion of 4 participant the major sugestion which can help health
care services is to get access of medicla record in the cell phones. This is hlepful because of the
fact that this will be more handy and easy to use as all the records of the patient wil be handy on
their cell phones. This will be very hlepful as the patient will have all their data with just one
click. But some of the particiapnt that is 2 states that this technolgy will also help the caretakers
to record all the medical notes handy.
But against of this 2 other participant states that major suggestion is the health care can
use the technology in the marketing as well. This is because of the fact that this will also help the
company in market its prodcut and services which it is providing with help of digital matrketing.
This includes marketing done with help of different social media platforms like FaceBook,
Twitter and many other social media platforms. But in against of this 1 participant stated that the
initiative of doctor at home is good use of technolgy in treating the patients by giving services at
their homes. This is very useful for the hospitals in UAE as this will attract more of the patients
to come to the hospitals in UAE only.
DISCUSSION
This study tends to largely demonstrate that, digital technology in turn is considered to be
as one of the most effective tool within the health care organization because it is very useful in
improving the health outcomes of the patients (El Khatib, Al Blooshi, and Al-Habeeb, 2015). It
is considered to be very useful in the protection of the various confidential data of the patient in
an electronic format and in turn is considered to be very useful in the attainment of the better

patient care results and outcomes. Several countries including United States, United Arab
Emirates, United Kingdom, etc. have been performing exceptionally well which is very useful in
satisfying the needs and requirements of the patient within the large population. They are highly
investing in the new health care tools which are software and therapeutic based which in turn is
considered to be very useful in improving the health conditions of the patient (Juwaheer,
Pudaruth, and Ramdin, 2012).
Digital technologies like predictive analytics, artificial intelligence and robotics tend to
provide significant level of support to the health care industry in becoming more efficient.
However, health care institutions are highly concern over emerging high technology and
advanced digital tools and technologies in order to provide the best possible services to the
patients that are beneficial in improvising their health outcomes among the patients. From the
above carried out survey, this study around 82 respondents demonstrates that digitalization of the
technology in turn is considered to be one of the effective way which helps in finding out the
vest possible health care provider across the globe with the use of the internet and search engine
optimization (Khalid, and Sarker, 2019). Digitalization within the health care industry is very
hlepful for both the patients and the service providers because of the fact that, digitalization
means that the new and advance technology is being adapted by the professional and worker
working in the care organization which leads to better care results and outcomes. .
It is very useful in connecting with the key health care practitioners for the specific health
problem which eventually helps in building the best possible care outcomes. It helps in building
better set of connection and it is also very useful in providing best possible care intervention to
the patients (Seetharaman and et. al., 2019). Health care digitalization has been increasing at the
rapid pace and has been evolving. As supported by the literature review, through connecting the
health care providers, practitioners and patients helps in improving the treatment because of the
real time collected data. Digitalization associated with the health care services is considered to be
very profound to improve the future growth of the health care system. Technological
advancement tends to have different mobile applications with which the patient can enter their
medical problems and the application will suggest them with the best doctors or the medical
assistance related with the specific disease or illness (Subramaniam, Singhal, and Hopkinson,
2019, March).

Digitalization is very useful in providing the high quality treatment and care services by
reducing medical errors. It helps in providing care to the patients on the real time basis. Usage of
the smart health monitors is very useful in gathering the real time and personalised data and also
helps in encouraging the healthier lifestyles for the patients. It is also very useful in enhancing
the data available and providing cutting edge testing capabilities which eventually leads to better
care results and outcomes. Digitalization in turn is considered to be very useful in arranging and
keeping secure vast set of data which leads to better set of care results and outcomes.
There seems to be profound set of implication on the health care practitioners. Health
care sector helps the care practitioners to develop critical and robust infrastructure by indulging
with requirements of patients (Venkatesh, Mathew and Singhal, 2019). As supported by the
survey results it has been agreed by the 35% of the respondents that, digitalization in the field of
health care is ver useful for the patients in attaining more good and effective services.
Integraration of advanced will be useful in providing better set of traetment to the patients
(Romanova, and et. al., 2019, April). Digitalization in turn is considerde to be very useful
because it is very useful in providing wide range of services within the various remote locations.
Patients tends to have high access to the better care treatment by inproving the range of medical
facilities.
Digital technologies such as predictive Analytics, robotics, websites, search engine
optimization, virtual reality and artificial Intelligence as well as the Wearables and Robotics
support healthcare sector in providing the best possible treatment to the patients who seeks care.
It tends to engage in providing positive set of experience to the patients on the real time basis.
There are various set of medical wearable gadgets such as wearable fitness tracker, wearable
ECG monitors, Smart heath watches, Biosensors, etc. which in turn are considered to be very
effective smart wearable technologies which helps in determining the better care results of the
patient. Internet is considered to be very useful which is very useful in getting wide set of data
related with the healthcare (Tierney and Lanford, 2015). It is very useful in securing history of
the patients and cloud service in turn is also one of the effective measure which helps in sharing
and maintaining new range of health data sets.
Enhancement in digital technology in turn is very useful in evolvement of payment
structure, high degree of demand of patients from providers and volume of the available data can
continue enhancing at the staggering rate. The artificial intelligence helps in improving the care

services which eventually leads to higher sustainable growth and efficiency (Subramaniam,
Singhal, and Hopkinson, 2019, March). Moreover, 34.5% of the respondents sought to agree
with the fact that, digitalizartion in the field of health care is very hlepful for its consumers that is
the patient in gettig more advnace and proper services. The use of digital technology like
artificial intelligence, predictive analysis, robotic support for caring of patients and all other
related technolgy help the health care sector and companies to give best set of treatment to the
patients.

determine the fact that, Internet of things and information communication technology in turn is
considered to be as one of the effective technology which helps in improving the better care
results and outcomes of the patients.
The heathy care companies iwithin the health care secotr will involve more use of
technology. This way it will help in increasing proficiency of the companeis and this will build
the trust and loyalty of the patients towards the health care service providers nad practicioners.
Artificial intelligence tool is one of the effective and appropriate tool within the healthcare
advancement as this speed up the diagnoses, improves the outcomes of patients. It also leads to
cutting cost of the treatment by more than 50%. This eventually helps in the attainment of better
care results and outcomes of the patient. It is very useful in customizing the care services which
eventually leads to higher operational growth and sustainability. Digital advancement within the
health care sector aids to creating new range of opportunities for the patients and this also
exercise choice of customer and services. Internet of things help the health care providers to
manage and monitor at the time of operation in the IC. It tends to include ultrasound within the
hospital setting .
Moreover, the big data analytics help the health care providers in real time monitoring of the data
and the behaviour and pattern of the patients in their helath care set up. As supported by the
literature review, digital technology is very prominet in evaluating the wide set of heath care data

which leads to long term professional growth nad sustainability of the health company. Hence,
the days are gone where physical evidence of all the data were maintained. Development of
website is an effective method of digitalization which helps in booking the doctor’s appointment
online. This way it leads to higher better care results (El Khatib, Al Blooshi, and Al-Habeeb,
2015). Use of the medical history and is very useful in various critical emergencies by providing
the best possible care to the patients. Digitalization in turn is very useful in providing beter set of
coordination between the care practicioners and the patients. It is useful in providing real time
health information and is very useful in securing large set of data.
With the help of the finding it was identified that the use of digitalization within the
health care set up is very essential for the companies dealing in health care services. This is
majorly because of the reason that there are many up gradation in the field of health care services
and treatment. Thus, it is very necessary for all the companies and practitioners because this
technological advancement will help the practitioner in making the treatment in more effective
and efficient manner. Hence, the use of all these technological advancement and up gradation
will help the company in giving much better treatment to the patients coming to hospitals in
UAE. This is also supported by the review of the literature as there are different measures which
the health care providers can use to manage and give good quality of treatment to the patients
coming the place (McLoughlin, Garrety and Wilson, 2017). Also, but it is also suggested by
some of the respondent that the health practitioner must not only rely up on the technology only
rather they must have the traditional system as well in the backup. This is majorly because of the
fact that there may be possibility that the technology may fail and this may result in damage to
the health of the patient. Hence, it is necessary for the health care sector of UAE to have proper
grip over the traditional method as well.
Also, for this improvement of the technology within the health care industry of UAE the
most important thing is to adapt to the electronic system of recording all the transaction and the
details of the patients. This is necessary because this will be kept as proof and future reference if
the patient has any problem in future as well. When the patient will come in future then the past
medical records of the patient will be helpful for the person and the practitioner to identify that
which disease were found in that person earlier (Rydenfält and Persson, 2020). Thus, this will
help both the patient and the caretaker in knowing the fact that whether the patient was recovered
