Based on the data analysis, it can be identified the role of
digitalisation in the context of work balancing and identify
how staff members can be used the digital technologies to
perform different tasks. The analysis was conducted by
using questionnaires and make it possible to find the best
results or outcomes. As per investigation, it has been
obtained a results and concluded that remote working, WFH
has significantly use in helping the employee work life
balance.

• Based on the analysis, it has been examined that pandemic offers opportunities for
companies to embrace digitalisation concept and unevenly responded towards the
benefits or advantages. The purpose of study is to identify how the global pandemic is
driving and constraining the approach of digitalisation of enterprises. Moreover, it
has concluded that digital technologies are useful during pandemic and completely
changed the idea of business. However, it is also supporting the crucial forces which
driving towards modern technology and include availability of workers those are
majorly focused on the work life-balance. It might have come with efficient usage of
time, work-related flexibility. The analysis concerns about the importance of remote
working, operations and establish a better coordination with team members through
virtually.
