INTRODUCTION
Managing success business project is the crucial activity as it is related to enhancing organisation
functioning with chancing and increasing challenges of business world. The study is based on
analysing ways of digitalising business school and its impact. Further, to make study effective it
will project management plan of research which will comprise resources requires, cost access,
quality and risk associated with project. Apart from this, the project will evaluate the use of
methodological tools which will helps the scholar in conducting research systematically. Thus, it
will identify data analysis which will be done on the basis of aims an objective of project and
will help in framing further recommendation.

P1 Aims and objectives of Study
Emergence of digital technology has revolutionised business world by establishing various
growth and development opportunities. There are various tools of technology which assisted the
firm in various business activities. However, there is cloud computing which is sued by firm to
maintain digital record of data in order to minimize errs of recording and maintaining
information at one place (Drnevich and Croson, 2013.). Further, there is bio metric system
which helps in maintaining digital record of employee’s attendance which again has established
secure and safe mode of managing attendance. Apart from this, emergence of e commerce has
created boom for enterprises as t helps the firm in connecting with buyers online.
Digitalisation of business school is the most effective plan for enhancing facilities of educational
institutions. It has enabled education for various people across the global. The distance learning
is one of the biggest advancement of digitalisation of B school which has stated heights of
success. On other hand, it has made academic services simpler like with the help of
advancement the schools and institution are able to conducts exam online which reduced the use
of various resources like paper, stationery etc.( Fitzgerald, Kruschwitz and Welch, 2014).
Further, it has reduced the pressure of students and management to maintaining finance like,
payment of fees, updation of fee records and requirement of funds for specific purposes etc.

P2 Project Management Plan
Time scale: Managing time scale of the project is the most essential step because it helps in
overcoming time constraints of study. However, digitalising business school requires time
because it is a big time project and will focus on digitalising every department of school such as
finance, administration, library, classroom and management. Thus, the digital installation of
project is estimated 1.5 year.
Quality: Quality education is the major concern of B school because, it is student centric.
Therefore, to ensure quality of services the school will implement the use of quality check tool
that will assist the educational institution establishing effective changes as per manual managed
B school (Oldham and Da Silva, 2015). Further, to effectiveness the organisation will implement
benchmarking which will help in setting comparison measures for managing successful project
and implementation.
Scope: Scope is the essential management plan as it helps in analysing the needs of changes and
related improvement measures. The scope of school with digitalisation will be focused on
analysing views of students in changing activities and learning plans of business school.
Cost: Determining cost o project is the foremost and crucial aspect of business project, as it
helps in minimizing waste if resources and shortage of funds at the time of implementation of
plan (Seddon, Calvert and Yang, 2010). Thus, digitalising business schools require huge
investment and but is one time. Apart from this, determining cost of making project is also an
essential aspect because it is based on primary research. Thus, cost of this study will be focused
on resources such as travelling expenses, stationary, payment of premium articles and journals
etc.

Communication: Communication in this project is related to interviewee and interviewer
because it is the only aspect which related to final findings and conclusions. However, for
communication the scholar will aims at using direct communication method or exchange of e
mails. These are most authentic ways of communicating at the time of project in order to
minimize risk and error of miscommunication.
Risk: Risk is common aspect of study which can be related to any part of managing work. The
risk of getting biased results and unreliable facts for digitalisation business school. Apparently,
wrong information over research aims and objective and impact further implementation plan. As
per the study the B school will focus on planning risk mitigation plan which will assist the
educational institution in dealing with future changes due to changes student learning trends.
Resources: Resources for the research will be stationery, internet, access to secondary sources,
space for conducting interview and funds. However resources required for digitalising business
school will be expert of information technology, digital tools, capital investment, infrastructure,
etc.

questions on the basis of determined aims of study. In this the focus of scholar is on gathering
reliable information in order to draw accurate findings. there are two types of data collection
method that is primary and secondary (Geerts, 2011). Primary data is collected via interview,
focus group, survey etc. Whereas secondary information is gathered through past findings which
can be from articles, books, journals etc. Apparently, in this study of analysing impact of
digitalising business school, the research will implement the use primary data collection where
information will be gathered via interview 20 sampled students.
Data Analysis
Data Analysis is based on gathered information therefore it is important for the researcher to
draw accurate findings on the basis of collected information. This part of study determines
effectiveness of project in accordance to response of participants. Data can be analysed with the
help of two tools that is qualitative and quantitative where quantitative analysis can be
numerically measured and is mathematical interpretation of information. However, qualitative
analysis is based on observation and hypothetical assumption on response of participants. It is

done in descriptive form. Thus, in this study the scholar will implement the use qualitative
analysis where the individual will analyse collected data with the help of thematic analysis.
Ethical consideration
Considering ethics is the foremost part of study where the researcher aims at securing interest of
participant by not focusing them to reveal any personal information which hamper their morals,
values and beliefs. In this the study the researcher will focus on referencing project and will also
cite every possible sentence in order to make study viable and reliable. Further, the questionnaire
will be based on human interest and advancement of technology a not the specification of
different Business schools.

Data Analysis is one of the significant aspect in the investigation. For assess the objective
of present research, scholar have used qualitative approach and conducted survey for primary
