Digitization provides the wider platform for all to share the views or either
distribute the services it collects a large number of gathering with
minimum time. It is a vast services that can be served for the customers to
resolve the different issues that has been raised on random basis. NHS
provides the services to the customers that is suffering from different
diseases and they advanced their services by using digital platform.

the challenges of a large population. NHS believe to maintain the record of
every individual patient that takes the care and manages that for a longer

As per the viewpoint of Sophie Castle-Clarke. 2018, there are several
challenges that get anticipated due to technological advancement over the
management structure of NHS. The biggest challenge for implement the
technology is that it needs a lot of economy. Some of the patients never
use digital platform and they are also not aware about the different services
that is offered by the health-care sector.

Methodology
Research design:- For performing this study descriptive research design is
taken into consideration as it help in providing a detail explanation
regarding the study performed along with framework and concepts.
Data collection:- For this study data is collected from secondary sources
such as books, journals, articles etc.
Analysis:- For analyzing secondary data thematic analysis will be used
that consist of theme that provide an overview on particular description
which is going to perform under literature review.

Analysis
As per the above analyses of data gathered for literature review it has been
identified that digital technology brings up several benefit to NHS by
providing it a platform to switch its operation from manual to digital
work for ensuring better management of records. It also support in
managing the staff as well patients record, ensuring quick delivery of
services, providing access to information for health care etc.
