Health is an important aspect for every individual to stay wealthy
in this era. To assist the people in need, many social health and
care sectors have emerged out. Both direct and non-direct
workers can serve the organisations to assist the people in need.
In this presentation, The Rose Tree residential and rehabilitation
home for adults with physical disabilities, is taken into
consideration to show the importance of dignity and respect
while communicating over there.

The Rose Tree residential and rehabilitation home for adults with
physical disabilities is an organisation in US . It is a health care
organisation which aims to provide friendly atmosphere to the
patients to heal them in a proper way. It has installed every
thing in the premises, like, library, salon , fitness centre , etc., to
serve the patients in the best possible way.

To have an effective treatment of her, it is important for the
workers in this sector to understand the ethical and moral
concepts associated with the freedom, rights and responsibilities
as a service provider. It is the duty of the local authority over
there to provide the requisite information to the home manger
of her so that she can take suitable steps. They need not have to
be reluctant to communicate anything.

In the given case, Ms. Ntuli is facing the problem. To heal her in a
proper way , it is important to communicate all the factors with
her in a proper way so that she can understand the problem in a
appropriate manner. One has to had a sound verbal
communication with her to let her understand the effectiveness
of the treatment given.

Interpersonal skills of the service providers also plays a vital role.
One ha to be a good listener to treat the patients in a better way.
In the given case, the care centre workers has to listen Ms.
Ntulis in proper way to ensure her with the best treatment. One
has to understand the reason she is cutting herself. This way
they can provide better measures to heal the patients. They has
to communicate her the consequences of the way she is reacting
to the circumstances to recover her as soon as possible to live a
independent life.

One has to communicate with the patients in cool and calm
manner to get better response from them. One has to show
empathy towards them to heal them in an effective way. One
has to maintain the dignity and the respect towards the
individuals while healing them in an efficient manner (Sabatino
and et.al., 2014).

For , the situation above, we can say that effective communication
with her regarding all her problems can solve the issue while
maintaining the efficiency of the organisation. Care takers have
to show respect towards them while treating. One has to provide
proper strategies to enhance the dignity and respect towards to
individual (Sturm and et.al., 2016).

To conclude we can say that, to have a proper functioning of
health care sector, effective communication plays an important
role. This is really required to maintain and foster the dignity
and respect in the organisation.
