Diligence probably is not every man's idea; however, it's a universal right to every human to
decide and choose what is considered best for them. It is the inner zeal that drives an individual
to unleash their full potential, become their best version, positively impact and transform the
world around them. Well, this paper describes why becoming a diligent student, employee, or a
committed person in society is not just relevant but a doorway to a happy life.
One of the areas of focus is that diligent persons convey certain qualities. Being careful with
time is demonstrated by habits such as rising early every morning to meet appointments and
handle daily tasks. They usually take the initiative to face challenges or responsibilities rather
than expecting tasks to be allocated to them. When it comes to identifying, setting, and
realization of personal and group goals, it is never too ambiguous for them. A researcher

when work or responsibilities seem challenging. Still, instead, they passionately undertake them

forsakes handling tasks as per the plan or use of To-Do-List. Setting specific goals to be
achieved within a period and focusing on making them is one discipline that lazy people cannot
maintain. The ability to perform tasks with commitment and passion requires high energy, which
can only be attained through exercises, and living a healthy life, a lifestyle that many find
unpleasant. As earlier mentioned by (Yin-gen 10), the discipline of diligence must be
accompanied by inner or rather self- motivation that leads to the spirit of hard-work. Generally,
many individuals wait to be forced or pushed to pursue diligence. With this, diligence becomes a
precious treasure that not many can accomplish.
Lastly, there is significant Achievement that Motivates individuals to pursue diligence in all
spheres of life. Being a diligent person has made individuals more patient and persistent in
people’s efforts to make things work both demanding and unpleasant goals (Mangini 16).
Success goes hand in hand with commitment and hard work; therefore, being diligent in one’s
studies all the way to work has earned many excellences. In the journey of diligence, people have
developed an admirable personality helping them become role models to others around. Also, in
dealing with both fair and challenging tasks, individuals become better decision-makers in
problem-solving.
Diligence is a precious ingredient that can rarely exist in every person and which calls for
maintaining high levels of personal discipline. The few who succeed in this pursuit are unique
and make the best personalities around the globe. It can also be concluded that most successful
people in various aspects are hard-workers and committed to their goals.
