INTRODUCTION
In legal compliance, it is necessary for the firms to comply as well as conduct the
business on the basis of set rules, regulations which govern business transactions and activities.
The community services work needs company to communicate in positive manner with co-
workers, employees and people which give services for (Blanck, Hyseni and Wise, 2020). In the
given report will be discussing about identify scope related to legal and ethical compliance
requirements and responsibilities for workplace or business. In the other tasks will be
considering about strategic response to various situations where legal or ethical requirements
have been breached. There will be determining the legal and/or ethical breaches have occurred as
per scenario.
ACTIVITY A
1) Identify, evaluate and communicate the relevant ethical and legal
Fundamental purpose of all the legal and ethical compliance for workplace requirements
is to assist organizations retain their practices as well as all laws enacted for organizations give
full integrity with level of conduct in community in a competitive manner while adhering to
ethical norms, standards and laws. This is essential to preserve health and mental well-being
throughout all working areas, therefore all organizations strive to eliminate discrimination and
create a good work environment. Companies such as Woolworths should aim to implement
health safety measures in accordance with the regulations and legislation established by
Workplace Health and Safety Act 2011.
2) Identify and develop relevant policies and procedures
It's indeed critical to maintain effective health and safety measures and also industrial
relations in order to sustain a suitable workplace environment, including all of the entitlements
whereby the Fair Work Act 2009 provides. Disability Discrimination Act of 1992 can be
implemented at workplace because disability and forbids discrimination based upon that both
directly and indirectly. Discrimination against persons who've been close to persons with
disabilities, like friends, family, caregivers and coworkers is prohibited (Hauser, 2020).

areas wherein non-compliance is possibility. It's first step in avoiding or reducing risk. Risks and
concerns change depending on the service provider. The areas at risk related to non- compliance
consisting workplace health and safety, confidentiality, equal employment opportunities and
inadequate training.

Workplace health and safety- When workers are discriminated against in all the health
and safety measures, this affects their perception of company and frames the breaking of laws
