It can be analyse that leaders are facing issue at workplace that relate to consumer service
and resource accessibility which directly impact on productivity and profitability of company in
negative manner. Effective consumer services are part of business functions, without providing
effective service employees would not be able to retain potential buyers with them for longer
period of time (Kulik, Manzhos and Fartushny, 2018). Another thing is that availability of key
resources makes workers capable to perform and accomplish given task in systematic manner. In
order to solve above two issues leader can encourage each staff member to take part in problem
solving procedure and actions. They need to provide training to staff for making them capable to
solve customer queries and effectively respond them. Furthermore, in context of second issue
leader must make a list of require resources which allow them to allocate effectively, this are the
best way to solve issue.
Question-1.3A- Where managers and candidates require effective problem solving skills
Problem solving skills are really very important for leaders and managers because it
makes both of them capable to solve issues or challenges at workplace that may be impact
performance and productivity level of people who are working in any companies. These skills
can be utilized in different conditions and circumstances. Workers and managers require

improvement. It clarified expectations of staff in front of senior management, aid individual to
learn from their mistakes and builds high confidence.

Every company in world of business efforts to well establish and maintain their
relationship with different stakeholders in order to sustain business and retain consumers with
them for longer period of time. The overall process require appropriate strategies and techniques
which in return provides a lot of benefits and strengthen brand image in market rather than other
players operating in same sector.
Here, it can be described that a company should maintain and effectively establish their
relationship with consumers because they can aid to increase profitability. For example,
customers are considered as key drivers of growth and success of organizations, they select and
buy products or services according to needs or requirements which turn into increasing
productivity and profit margin (Chuang, 2020). Good relations with target market can be
developed or establish when management use their communication skills such as active listening.
They should carefully listen what people want from them and what are their needs.
Moreover, another relation administration can develop with suppliers who are able to
supply raw materials and delivery products in market on timely manner (Agarwal and Narayana,
2020). It can be building through networking activities and by sharing production related
information with suppliers.
