Response: No, this is not ethical practice which is being done by nurse. here, it is clearly seen that there is breach of
confidentiality of data. The nurse is saying that a 3 year old child with her parents came with bruise injury. so, info is being
leaked.

Question 5 In 50 words, identify how you as a Nurse would support Graham’s decision to withdraw
treatment and describe how you would encourage him to make an informed decision.
Response: As nurse I will say that his decision is correct as he is not able to have liver transplant. besides, that I will
motivate him by asking him to take some time in taking decision. I will say that he can enjoy his time by doing what he
likes.

transplant. there is no more in depth info given that why and what reason this is due to. Also, patient rights are breached
as no written or data are available.

Response: the implication refer to view of matter from ethical perspective. here, Graham has taken decision not to have a
transplant. thus. he has been removed from list. but the decision is not in written consent. so, it is not from ethics view
point. thus, health team is required to take legal consent of graham. in this case, I will resolve this implication by taking
legal help. I will ensure that graham take decision in written and it is done in legal way. through this, it will be easy to

wellness of Yu Yang and the twins. In your response consider environment, cultural barriers and

Response: It is identified that there may arise issues of infectious disease if vaccination are not given to twins. this may led
to weaken immune system of children and they may get infected from disease such as mumps, measles etc. besides, that
the health of twins as well as Yu Yang will be impacted in negative way. also, children learning growth and development
will be affected when they go to school. it is identified that there are some cultural barries as well in it. they are described
as below
Furthermore, the cultural barries is Yu Yang does not want learning problems to be faced. It will affect on children health.
also, the environment is that they live in area where surrounding are not good. So, it will impact on well being of children.
besides, community factor is also a issue in it as Yu yang does not want child to learn English. so, this will affect as twins
will not be able to get proper vaccination. hence, at initial level their growth will be affected. furthermore, another issue is
of language problem due to which there will be affect on child health.

Response: In that there are several principles followed which help in preventing illness and injury. thus, I will explain to Yu

however, by taking preventive measures it will enable children in their growth. Apart from it, the vaccination given is to
improve public health. So, it provide supportive care to people. through that, they will stay healthy and fit in future.

A mandator reporting refers to having a legal requirement of some people in order to report child physical abuse to
authorities. in this guidelines followed are that as per section 356 of children and young people act 2008 a doctor or nurse
is authorised person to report. Also, it must be on grounds that child has experienced sexual or physical abuse. in Australia
guidelines in each state vary from one another.
I can apply this as it will help me to report to doctor or enrolled nurse. so, it will be easy for me to do mandatory reporting.
