INTRODUCTION
Racism refers to situation when an individual show themselves superior from others on
the basis of various aspects. This will generally come as a outcome of discrimination and
prejudice towards another peoples on the basis of race and ethnicity. Such as Holocaust, Nazis at
Germany believe that some race or cast even not deserve to exist (Lauren, 2018). Due to this
type of racism an individual fell demotivated and which affect their leaving. This report include
topics related to racism and strategies which are adopted in order to promote anti discrimination.
Along with this it also include process which can are adopted in order to reduce discrimination.

Anti discrimination strategies
Discrimination refers to situation when a person treat another individual inappropriate
manner. It can be done due to various reasons such as age, gender, income status, colour, race,
believes, favouritism and many more (Logie and et.al., 2013). Due to this type of activities an
individual feel de motivated as well as their life are also get affected, sometime it will also leads
to suicide. This is so because due to this behaviour an individual feel disconnects and lonely.
According to me there are various strategies which can be adopted by government or peoples in
order to promote anti discrimination behaviour. Some of the major strategies are mentioned
below:-
Education:It is one of the best strategy which can be adopted by government in order to
stop as well as avoid discrimination. According to this strategy they must educate their citizens
that they don't discrimination with anyone because by it life of peoples get affected and
sometime it leads to suicide or murder. It is responsibilities of government to promote anti
discrimination that no one will do discrimination to anyone on any basis such as colour, age,
gender, race, disabilities and many more. Such as in Pakistan skin whitening cream are popular
because it there white women are preferred more as compare to dark skin women. It can be
adopted by conducting process i.e. government develop rules that they every school provide
education to children so that they understand every individual are same (Strategies to address

must also develop some strict punishments for those who conduct discrimination to anyone.

in order to avoid discrimination on any basis. In this they must improve human rights protection
so that if there is any discriminative activities conduct with anyone then they must contact to

government can take suggestions to peoples and then develop strategies accordingly this will
help them in developing effective and appropriate environment of country. But this strategies are
not much effective because not all citizens complain about discrimination. Along with this there
are also some peoples who didn't care about what other will go through when they discrimination
activities. They also didn't have any idea about conducting discrimination with other leads to
suicide as well as murder.

every organisation in order to avoid discrimination as well as prejudice activities at a workplace.
According to this strategy an organization must hire or develop community which ensure and
take care about their will no discrimination activities will be done at anyone. If these practices
take place staffs must contact to these club or community who will take strict action as well as
fine so next time he/ she will not these type of activities to anyone (Strategies in Combating

services at workplace such as The Loin, Rotary and Apex movements. They generally provide
boy scouts and girls guides who take care about these type of activities. In order to implement it
in effective manner government must develop rule that everyone should follow this.
