Time to time training is highly effective and can help
nursing staff to get ensure their performance. This can
also include providing knowledge and understanding
about the personal and professional life where they
should not interfere with patient's personal life. There

 Here, indirect intervention may include asking and sharing

healthcare professional nursing staff there is need to take an
interest in patient health rather than in patient's personal life.
 It is also need to ensure that nursing staff should not repeat such

Nursing staff should behave normally and should not talk about
patient personal life or discuss about it. They should have only focus
on providing delivery of health care services regarding patient
health conditions which can allow improving patient health (Cowin
et. al., (2019)).

Distraction intervention
There is also need to describe the distraction intervention
which can be effective in avoiding such step of a situation that
has been discussed in the scenario. Here, it needs to ensure to
use the avoid strategy that can be effective and can help to
reduce the risk of taking such type of unethical practices. Here,
nursing staff should avoid such type of things like as patient
relationship status. Here, avoiding patient's personal life
information can be beneficial for nursing staff and can help to
focus on the living health care services instead of taking
interest in personal life.

Protocol intervention
Here NMBA code of conduct includes medical ethics,
maintaining good medical practices. This is the code of
conduct for healthcare professionals within Australia. Here,
individuals should not create any type of discrimination
during delivery in healthcare services. It also not include the
sexual boundary in healthcare professional and patient
relationships. It also provides all the information related with
the patient to take care of their best medication and
treatment that should not discuss about the patient personal
life instead of their medication and treatment (Molloy et. al.,
(2021)).

CONCLUSION
From above discussion, it can be concluded that there is
need to take direct, indirect and distraction interventions
that can help to take care of the such type of situation of
discrimination at the workplace. It is also essential to take
practice about the ethical concern within delivering
