discrimination (Resnick and Galupo, 2019). Thus, workplace discrimination creates a biased
business environment that negatively impacts motivation level and efficiency of employees.
Therefore, it become necessary for all organisation to adopt some strategies and policies to
overcome issues of workplace discrimination in order to maintain the viability and better
