Ways to be Creative
Human beings are considered as the most creative entities in the world. From a very early
age, adopting creativity helps in making sustenance and boosting overall growth of the human
beings. Creativity can hence be considered a way of living. In this regard, it can be said that there
are chances of adopting creativity in every sphere of live. Moreover, people can find multiple
ways to be more creative. Based upon the results of a popular search engine, five effective ways
of adopting creativity are hence to be discussed (De Bono, 2015). The initial stage of being
creative is brainstorming. It has been noticed that for most of the common people, the effective
way to be creative is to create something in a collaborative manner. Brainstorming similarly
includes a group of people, who are engaged to think of some new ideas. Another way of
creativity is taking risks. Risk taking is considered important in order to bring new ideas
changes. However, a calculative approach should be taken in order to support the process. The
factor that comes along with risk taking is eliminating the fear of failure (Five ways to think
more creatively, 2018). Another important method of adopting creativity is to search for multiple
solutions. Looking for multiple solutions is highly effective in problem solving. Avoiding
overthinking often considered as one of the most effective ways of produce something new.
Studies have found out that the best ideas and plan are conceived in a relaxed state of mind. The
methods of adopting creativity hence are effective. However, it can be said that calculative
measures and diligence is important to achieve the desired goal.

Plagiarism as a Major Problem
In academic writing, plagiarism has been a major issue that has affected the students and
their career significantly. The problems of plagiarism have increased in an alarming rate along
with the advent of internet. However, it can be said that students have applied this unfair means
way before the technological advancement. Copying from books, journals, encyclopedia were
some of the popular modes of plagiarizing (Angélil-Carter, 2014). It has is easily understandable
that simply copying from other sources does not enrich the learning process of a student by any
means. Often it has been noticed that the academic careers of a student has been ruined as a
consequence of copy pasting. Educational institutions have taken up a zero tolerance policy
towards this practice. It can be said that the technological advancement and the huge availability
of internet has accelerated the practice amongst the students. In recent times, the number of
students being penalized for plagiarism has increased in an alarming rate (Gibler et al., 2013). It
can be noticed that students often think copy pasting as an easy of completing their assignments.
The huge availability of online resources often fools them to think that they can successfully
plagiarize the contents. However, the technological advancement has also introduced multiple
tools and software that can easily detect plagiarism. To conclude, it can be said that plagiarism
not only affects the learning process or a career of a student, but also hampers the relation of
trust that exists between a student and teacher.
