Scope Description
The scope of the St. Dismas Assisted Living facility is to develop a
medical centre for the in-patients and the out-patients who are injured
and to provide them with a maximum facility of assistance. It would
serve the ill people as a freestanding apartment.
To promote a strategic growth initiation in the medical centre for the
more better facility and improved revenue of the organisation (Boyle,
2017).
A minimum of 100 units of the facility is required for the patients.
Project Deliverables
The list of deliverables for the St Dismas Assisted Living Facility is given
below:
Rehabilitation facilities for both the Out-patient and in-patients, for
those who are suffering from illness
More than 100 units of the assisted living facilities (Sareminia,
Shamizanjani, Mousakhani & Manian, 2016)
The variation in the facilities, like, light assistance facilities for the
people who are less injured and substantial assistance for those who are
severely ill
Behaviour management programs being conducted along with the
occupational and physical therapy programs
