Project Scope Statement
Scope Description
 The scope of the St. Dismas Assisted Living facility is to develop a
medical centre for the in-patients and the out-patients who are injured
and to provide them with a maximum facility of assistance. It would
serve the ill people as a freestanding apartment.
 To promote a strategic growth initiation in the medical centre for the
more better facility and improved revenue of the organisation (Boyle,
2017).
 A minimum of 100 units of the facility is required for the patients.
Project Deliverables
The list of deliverables for the St Dismas Assisted Living Facility is given
below:
 Rehabilitation facilities for both the Out-patient and in-patients, for
those who are suffering from illness
 More than 100 units of the assisted living facilities (Sareminia,
Shamizanjani, Mousakhani & Manian, 2016)
 The variation in the facilities, like, light assistance facilities for the
people who are less injured and substantial assistance for those who are
severely ill
 Behaviour management programs being conducted along with the
occupational and physical therapy programs
 More of the out-patients therapy programs with the help of more
references
 Special assistance for the physically disabled people
Project Acceptance Criteria
The acceptance criteria for the project are given below:
 Budget: the estimated budget of the project is $8.5 million to $11

million and has to be completed within the year 2000.
 Another acceptance criteria for the project is to deliver a project with a
minimum of the 100 units. The quality of the product has to be
maintained as well (Pheng, 2018).
Project Exclusions
Due to specific issues, construction of the project which was supposed to
begin in the year 2019 and completed within the year 2022, is postponed and
delayed.
Project Constraints
The constraints for executing the project is given below:
 The board is in control of everything, which includes the profits
generated by the St. Dismas
 The budget for the project is minimal; financing for the project
becomes difficult
 The government regulations facilities and the standards set up by the
industry has to be observed after the identification
 The election delayed the project.
Project Assumptions
Some of the assumptions regarding the project are given below:
 The presence of the staffs are desireable as and when needed (Raman,
Dayakar, Venkatkrishniah & Mani, 2019)
 The staffs, who are present for the assistance, must be well trained for
providing effective services
 The requirement for unique skills is needed
 Frequent access to industry experts
 Proper resolving of the issues with the help of the assistance and co-
operation within the appropriate time

 The project charter has to be followed strictly
 The procedure is followed according to the formal project charter, and
any changes in the scope have to be reported and executed formally
