COMPANY INTRODUCTION
The Walt Disney company is one of the well-known diversified multinational
entertainment and mass media conglomerate of America, headquartered at Walt Disney
studios, California, united states. The organisation was originally established on 16th
October 1923 by Walt Disney and Roy O. Disney. The organisation operated under the
names Walt Disney productions and the Walt Disney studio before officially altering its
name to the Walt Disney company.

SUMMARY OF SWOT ELEMENTS
By performing SWOT analysis of Disney, it is found that company has some strengths
including reliability, efficient team members and strong cash flow system. However,
organisation has some weaknesses also including poor financial planning and insufficient
product demand scaling. Apart from the strengths and weaknesses, there are some
opportunities and threats also for the company while performing its business operation the
market. the opportunity for the company includes improving its marketing. On the other hand,
the threats available for Disney includes high expenses toll and product and technology.

The company has actually been preparing for several years for this future, investing in as

stress tested. The company brings different innovations within the organisation. It

By the business model analysis task in assignment 1, I learnt that business model is very
important for new as well as already established businesses. It is the plan of company for
making profit and it reminds the goods and services that organisation plans to offer to its
customers. It helps organisations in attracting investment, motivate management and staff
members and recruiting talent. It is very important for an established business like Disney
to regularly update its business plan as if it did not update the plan, then it will fail to
anticipate the challenges and trends ahead.

CONCLUSION
As per the overall discussion, it has been concluded that new business canvas model
support for representing a strategic idea about the overall innovation within operational
