entertainment resort in California. This is owned and operated by The Walt Disney company
through its parks, experiences and products where homes are divided into theme based parks. It
basically provides t he theme based parks, hotels and shopping space which consists of different
cartoon character which belongs to the Disneyland. This organization mainly focused towards
the retention of large number of employees within the firm (Akgunduz, Kizilcalioglu and Sanli,
2018). This company is also aimed at development of effective employment strategies which
help them to build the strong relationship between the staff members. In order to retain the
employees for the longer run, the company is aimed at establishment of the effective strategies
which derives the satisfied workforce and motivated employees of the enterprise who contributes
towards the effective productivity. Satisfaction of the employees also leads towards the
evaluation of better ideas among all the individuals within the workforce and thus helps in
delivering effective services in order to maintain loyal employees of the firm. Such employment
strategies in Disneyland Paris are According to the Liu, Santhanam and Webster,
2017,Disneyland is a one of the two theme park which is built at the Disneyland resort in
Anaheim, California. It is one of the best entertainment resort which is generally occupied by
large number of families across the world during holiday. Disneyland has often been visited by
millions of people around the world among such large number of people most of the kids do like

representing 100 different nationalities which leads the company towards the employment of
diversified population.

2014 for the recruitment of 120 disable employees for next five years who will perform all types
