 According to De Boer, 2018 operation management is important to planning &
controlling of services of Disneyland. It needs to focus on improving some aspects for
its future growth. The aspect of operation management on which Disneyland need to
focus is efficiency. It requires considering double bell model. Its wants to operate in
some market and its main target is families. For the future growth it is focusing on
providing happy atmosphere and implement specific operations' policy. Total quality
management helps the company to provide better services to its tourists and visitors.

Disneyland. For removing negative impacts and for future growth it requires focusing
on cost operations. As compare to other destinations and for attracting more tourists,
Disneyland Paris is struggling financially. During peak and of season, it has to face
problems of labour turnover. Labour costs are significantly rising because in off season
there are less chances of visiting tourists.
