needs to hire a team comprising of younger individuals ageing between 25 and 35 years to bring
innovations in the company. EFS must hire employees who are suitable for their marketing and
sales department. New employees in the company have a hard time to understand the company
ethics initially. The older employees of the company must help the new employees to get
accustomed to the work culture.
Organizational Culture
EFS must focus in bringing innovation in their company by hiring technologically
advanced employees who have idea about the current market situations. For the improvement of
the company, the company needs to hire employees more carefully in the department of
marketing and sales. Employee on boarding must be implemented by the company so that the
new employees hired by the company gets accustomed to the workplace culture easily.

The company is lagging in technology advancements as compared to its
competitors which is hampering the implementation of disruptive innovation in the company.
For better customer retention, the company must introduce newer products which will be
meeting the customer expectations.
Strategic Leadership
There has been a lack in effective lack of leadership in the company which is effecting the
growth of the company. The company needs to assess this issue and implement strategic process
to solve the issue of leadership in the company. Mahatma Gandhi can be a good example to be

new appointed leaders as well as the previous leaders of the company must help the company
