In the coming slides, I am going to discuss about the information of the organization that
is internal structure, market research techniques and R&D methodology for the organization. In
addition, to this leadership challenges and opportunities has been discussed for this organization.

organization aims to employ around 800 people whose total revenue is around 1.6 billion dollars.
EFS is the holding of two organization that is EnzymeTech and Essendon emulsifier. Each of the
