Analyzing case scenario, it has been identified that from the last 40 years, the company has
maintaining its stable position in the market. However, due to changing needs as well as market
competitiveness it has become necessary for the company to introduce disruptive innovation for
ensuring sustainable growth in the market. It is true that the company has introduced strong
research and development team as well as it has strong control on the management operations.
However following the structural process in the company it has been identified that rather than
focusing on the talent the company mainly focuses on the experiences of the candidates for
selecting in the position of senior executive. In the Essendon food solutions the position of senior
executive and general manager is very important as this two employees control the entire
operational activities as well as the subsidiaries of these organization directly report to the senior
executive team and general manager. However, analyzing the internal situation in the company it
has been identified that lack of inter relationship between the internal departments is the
important concern which is affecting the internal culture of the company. By continuing this it
has also been identified that rather than adopting the modern business approach, the company is
still following the bureaucratic and toxic business practices.
Analyzing the case scenario it has been identified by me that company culture is one of the
important concerned that can negatively impact on the innovation management process in the
company. In the case study it has also been identified that recently the company is aiming to
enhance its business operation in international market. In this situation for joining the higher
market opportunity it has become necessary for the company to develop strong relationship with
the stakeholders so that better distribution channel can be maintained. It has been identified by
me that stakeholder value is another important consent in the company which is indirectly

impacting on the operational process. It is true that the company has introduced a standard
research and development team. However, I believe in case of ensuring better stakeholder
engagement long-term research and development projects needs to be introduced.
In every organization, stakeholders can be considered as the important component who can
significantly drive the growth opportunities in the company. In that case customer relationship
management can be considered as the important contributor for ensuring the growth of the
company in international market. In this situation I can say that disruptive innovation initiative
can significantly influence the stakeholder value creation process as well as it can help to get
direct control on the customers.
I believe introducing the 24 hours customer support team as well as standard strategic leadership
initiatives it can be easier for the company to manage the entire process in significant manner. I
also believe depending on the current situation, rather than focusing on appointing the candidates
based on their seniority in the company, the company can focus on appointing the outsider, who
has the knowledge regarding the practical situation of the market.
