CHAPTER -4 DATA ANALYSIS
4.1 Introduction
The next section after carrying out the section of research methodology is analysis of the
information. The particular chapter deals with appraising and evaluating the information that has
been collected by the investigator. It includes presenting the information in manner that is
understandable and in suitable format. The specific section would yield findings which can be
utilized in order to draw valid outcomes from the thesis. In the present thesis that aims at effect
of training and development on employee relation data has been evaluated. For the sake of
attaining information primary and secondary sources have been employed. In addition to this the
data gathered is assessed by the means of qualitative method. Under this statistical tools such as
frequency table, mode and pie charts have been applied. The responses of the employees can be
gained regarding the frequency table with which proper conclusion can be drawn in an efffective
manner.

Finding: When the employees of BPO industry that includes companies like Ovex Technologies,
SKY BPO, and The Resource Group (TRG) were asked regarding amount of time that is spent
by them in the company tell the date, it has been examined that out of 100, 9 respondents say up
to one year, 12 replied 1-2 year, 11 said 2-3 years, 39 says 3-5 years and 29 replied 5 years and
more.
Analysis: From the analysis of the responses that have been attained through survey of the
employees it has been gained that majority of the respondents have spent 3-5 years within the
organization. This reflects there is presence of greater number of employees who have spent
many years within the firm.
