means, person might prefer various books, novels, autobiography, literatures written by various
specialist person and so on (Wright, 2011) . In fact, my own experience proof this that self
learning and management plays a very crucial in success because there is absence of any third
party. For example; at the time of my examination I always focussed in self study instead of team
working because it helps in completing my target in a set duration. As none of the member are
present for disturbing me while learning my lessons as well as I can study whatever I want to
study. In fact, this resulted in a positive manner also as I get succeeded in attaining higher grade
in my higher education. Apart from this, I can learn numerous of things in my self study as well

independent learning is really advantageous for every student due the unavailability of any
external creatures which may act as a obstacle.
Time management strategy of school
Managing of duration is highly indispensable for success of every student either its me or
any other person because it supports in controlling probabilities of mistakes. When I was in a
school I have my proper plan which was prepare by me with the help of my parent as they
always direct me towards corrective path. In morning I woke up and get ready for my school and
spend till 3 O'clock. After that I use to take rest of half an hour for further study in order to revise
