This distribution information system is proposed by the EGO Company limited and it is designed
to keep record of their sales made the purchases and the various workers information.
The company at the moment has no any existing system and they tend to record their transaction
information in the manual files and therefore there are a lot of limitations that they face in their
dairy operations like saving, retrieving, analyzing and updating the data that is involved in the
entire business operations.
As a result the leader had opted adopt a new system and following are the justifications:
i. The company lacks any data system.
ii. The company lacks any information’s management system.
iii. The company lacks computerized information systems.
iv. The company lacks any installed network and infrastructure.
v. The company uses manual method of storing their records.
vi. The company lacks information backing up facilities.
vii. The company had consistently been losing the operations records.
viii. The company had not been able to save the records effectively as they use manual
system.
ix. The company had been facing issues in retrieval of the records.
x. The company had not been able to do business analysis easily to make businesses
decision.
