team behavior but also development in personality. The behavior of individual employees and
teams leads to development of organization which could be measured by effectively and
efficiently achievement of goals (King, 2016). This report will present study about Wetherspoon
restaurant. The JD Wetherspoon plc is a company in UK which is a public house company. It
was founded by Tim Martin in the year 1979. Also, the company Wetherspoon plc operated 900
pubs and also it is known as chain of Lloyds no. 1 bars (Kelly, Blake, and Plunkett, 2016). The
company is also converting their attractive premises into pubs which attracts many new
customers.
This report will lay emphasis on skills, behavior and knowledge that is required by HR
professionals of Wetherspoon restaurant and also, personal skill audit along with professional
development plan will be formulated in the report. The report will cover difference between
