hence saving recruitment time as there are many people capable of doing the job.

 Reputation
- Companies that uphold reputation are capable of showing their compliance
and beliefs to the public which improves reputation (Clarke, 2011).
 Protection against lawsuits
- While not entirely preventable, equality ensures that workers are protected
against local, state and federal regulations.

 Contribution
- ensures that employees can contribute to the organization in different ways.
E.g. An accountant who has some training in procurement may eventually move to
the stores department.
