The project is conducted to detail study about the topic “To determine the strategies/initiatives
which will help in building diversity and equality at workplace.”. A study on Crowne Plaza
Hotels & Resorts.
2. Did the project succeed in its aims/ how do you know? Specifically, please outline any
evaluation and assessment undertaken.
Yes, the main aim of the project was succeeded as I used various types of methods like
questionnaire and even sampling method to know that I have succeed the task.
3. What things do you think worked well and why? Evaluate all aspects of the project
(e.g initial inception, project activities and project outcomes) from a range of
perspectives.
As I am good in communication skills so I am capable of collecting all of the necessary
information. Also, it guided me in the evaluation of aim, methodologies and many more through

The main problem which I faced during the research is reply which were being given by
