INTRODUCTION
In the era of digitalised practices, it is imperative for teachers to design their curriculum
as well as lessons through analysing varied aspects in regards with education. Education is
considered as complex aspect which involves competitive environment for securing higher
enrolments in an effective manner (Beblavy and Et. Al., 2019). Digital learning is type of
learning which make use of as well as take advantage of virtual technology in a purposeful
manner. It led to build flexibility in regards with learning and development at schools among
students. This project report concludes the information of a proposal which is based on providing
consultant services tom schools for improving their functions as compared to other schools. This
project report comprises of knowledge of challenges faced by certain demographies among
learner population who were underperforming and are not well supported. It also comprises of
understanding of the challenges faced by low-income households due to digital poverty. This
also encompasses of understanding level of teachers for gaining knowledge about the pedology
as well as student motivation in an effective manner.

Schools are facing issues in relation to specified demographics among learner population
were underperforming as well not feel support by teachers. This led them to loose their
productivity and efficiency in a significant manner. Academic performance of students gets
highly affected due to their demographic characteristics, learning environment as well as income
scale (Bilyalova, Salimova and Zelenina, 2019). Demographic structure plays a vital role in
education sector as it help in preserving, transmitting as well as promoting cultural practices of
society in an effective manner.
Digital poverty exists whenever individuals lacks access to training, technology as well
as experiences which is required to thrive the economy and education sector in a significant
manner (Churchill, 2017). In a nutshell, it is referred as lack in ICT skills which might affect

specified population segment in a significant manner. Students are facing problems as they do
not have secure internet connections at their homes which affected their studies in a significant
manner. Lack of internet connectivity not only limits individual's ability to connect online. It also
prevents them from competing in regards with modern economy. Even in the events during
corona pandemic, students really needed internet connectivity which they can not get due to
hailing from low-income households in a significant manner. For example, students who hails
from low-income household groups are not in a position to buy laptops and smartphones which
can aid them in learning through virtual means in an effective manner.
Schools are facing issues in accordance with inconsistencies of teachers in analysing
peadagogy as well as differentiated motivating force of students (Goodacre, 2018). Covid-19
has impacted life of varied students which led them to rely on online learning. For those
individuals which do not have internet access face varied issues. School management also faced
problems in maintaining records of these students.
Clear review of development in the given areas
It is imperative for school management to engage students in exploring different cultural
practices in order to make them feel satisfied and comfortable in regards with specified setting
(Hung and Et. Al., 2017). This ought them to interact with wide social groups which led them to
feel more confident in themselves. Diversity management is considered as vital for schools as
this would help students in learning varied types of environmental practices in an effective
manner. It also improves intellectual engagement, academic skills such as critical thinking,
problem-solving as well as writing among students in an effective manner. Diversity is a crucial
aspect which essentially promotes growth as well as healthy society in an effective manner.
Diversity in educational sector needed to be developed for reducing the gap between
underperforming and other students in a classroom. It has challenged stereotyped preconceptions
which encourages creativity as well as critical thinking among students in a strategic manner.
Underperforming and left out students can be enhanced through providing proper
guidance and asking for feedbacks in a continuous manner in respect to specified regions.
Schools faced problems in respect to students who hails from low-income household are

should be developed by school management by finding alternative ways for reaching the

increasing their efficiency. Examples of digital learning comprises of virtual classroom, mobile,

Digital learning is changing educational system to a wide extent which allows teachers to

digital learning is missing some relevant information at the time of making communications as

Societal values are considered as criteria which is shared by majority people living in
society in an ideal sense which led individuals in leading better society in an effective manner
(Lee, 2019). For example, it is imperative for teachers for providing information and knowledge
about ethical decision-making and role of empathy in student's life. It is also desirable for them
to apply those prescribed skills in solving varied problems. It is desirable for teachers in
universities or schools to teach about societal values which help them to empower students

It is imperative for school management to promote diversity as well as equality which is
combinedly called as multiculturalism in an effective manner (Toto and Limone, 2020). It is the
concept whereby individuals accept as well as promote differences of people. Fundamental
purpose of promoting equality in schools is to raise awareness is to ensure that students are

treated fairly and in a justified manner properly. It is imperative for teachers to promote diversity
in classroom by using a wide range of activities as well as principles which help them to
recognise and respect differences among people in a strategic manner. Major purpose of creating

desirable from school management to provide extra help to students who hails from low-income

Heck, 2019). It is imperative for teachers to teach their students to respect differences as well as
realise that diversity is their strength which helps them in every sphere of life in an effective
manner.
It has been recommended to management of school which is underperforming to take
instant feedbacks from students in a continuous manner. Personalised learning can also be
enhanced to them so that they do not feel left out as compared to other students. For providing
them personalised learning, teachers can opt for connecting lessons to real world with the aid of
augmented reality in an effective manner.
It has been recommended to management of schools to curb the practices in relation to digital
poverty by formulating future strategies in an effective manner. It align as well as reinforce
wider work for improving financial resilience of varied households in UK. Digital poverty
should be enhanced by school management through enabling individuals to access, use as well as
share information for acquiring knowledge through providing better education in an effective
manner.
Other schools have taken steps regarding digital poverty in a specified demographic area.
They have provided internet connections to students with a very minimal charge which they can

afford. For reducing digital poverty, they have connected students in regards with particular
demographic area through the use of tools of artificial intelligence in a strategic manner.
However, connecting rural population through internet is considered as formidable challenge for
school management. Global disparities also create issues for schools among differentiated
regions as well as countries. Positive attitudes as well as relationships should be fostered among
students throughout the school. This will also considered as beneficial for students as this will
help them in promoting mutual respect as well as positive attitude among varied communities
and groups. A shared sense of belongingness as well as inclusion should also be enhanced in a
classroom whose training should be given to teachers by school management in an effective
manner. Equality and diversity should also be encouraged throughout staff and faculties in a
strategic manner. In regards with vulnerable students, school management should enhance
standards in respect to raise ethos in an effective manner. It has been recommended to school
management for stereotyping as well as prejudice. This comprises of racism, bullying somebody
due to disability in school premises should be restricted in order to promote equality along with

From the above stated information, it has been assessed that digital learning is very
crucial in complex environment of education. Digital poverty can be explained as a practice
whereby students lacks skills and experience of using technology in a strategic manner. Ethics in
education is considered as important as it set standards which are applicable as well as protects
varied interests of learners and tutors. Ethics in education plays a vital role in enhancing
commitment, responsibility, respect as well as led to help in becoming better citizens in an
effective manner. Societal values should be enhanced in regards with educational sector in an
effective manner which provide students to become respectful. Moral development are also
considered as important for students for building trust in classroom among individuals and
teachers.
