While conducting this research work I identify that my strength, weakness as well as
skills. As I have several strength such as good time management, problem solving, dedication
as well as my weakness is decision making, communication and leadership. Although, for me
it is important to enhance my weakness areas in effective manner because it will help me in
gaining positive outcomes. As this project is based on equality and diversity at workplace as
well as ways to measuring it. I have to do research in proper manner and use my research
skills for gathering information and data related to topic and overcome ways so that final
conclusion will be analysed. Along with this, overall research provide assistance to me in
enhancing my personal as well as professional skills for gaining better future opportunities.
