This project examines strategies and initiatives for building a diverse and inclusive workforce, using Hyatt Regency as a case study. It begins with an introduction outlining the importance of a diverse and inclusive workforce for organizational success, emphasizing employee motivation, workplace environment, and innovation. Task 1 details the project's aims, objectives, and research questions, followed by a literature review on the framework, impact, and strategies for a diverse workforce. A project management plan is developed, including scope, communication, resources, quality, cost, time, and risk assessments, along with a Gantt chart and work breakdown structure. Task 2 focuses on the research methodology, comparing qualitative and quantitative methods, and evaluating primary and secondary data sources. Task 3 involves data interpretation and recommendations for Hyatt Regency, along with an evaluation of the tools and techniques used. Finally, Task 4 includes a reflection on the project management process and its value. The project aims to provide actionable insights for building a more inclusive and diverse workforce, supported by research and data analysis.
