people have different cultural tradition. If all individuals belong to the same cultural tradition,
then the diversity is zero. The index of diversity does not consider the willingness of citizens
to assist the individuals of other cultural tradition (De León, Huynh & Plaisance, 2014).
The idea of Diversity involves declaration and respect. It proposes the understanding
that every person is uncommon, furthermore, considering our distinction. These should
