Recommendations
There is need of some training programs so that each employees is
provided equal opportunity in terms of presenting their views there
regarding the most suitable method of training that can be used for
them. The primary purpose of this law is supplementing, updating

It can be concluded that organisation has to consider all element of

motivated towards achievement of laid down objectives. For this there

Reflection
After this research has been completed according to time period there
has been positive and negative experience all through the work. The
overall experience through this research work is demonstrated by use
