The questionnaire explores employee understanding of diversity, the benefits of diversity, the necessity of social inclusion for business success, and the importance of social inclusion to Nando's. The research also examines the impact of diversity and social inclusion on productivity and profitability, ways to build a diverse working environment, and challenges faced by the company. The findings, presented through frequency tables and graphs, reveal insights into employee perspectives on diversity, inclusion, and their impact on the organization. The report also discusses analytical tools used to analyze the data gathered, and the outcomes are communicated in a detailed manner.

In this, there are mainly two different methods of the research like primary and secondary
which helps in collection of information. The main focus of an investigator is to collect the valid
information and data in order to conducting the research work effectively (Amin, 2019). There
have been different factors considered while conducting an investigation given below:
Cost- It is related to expenditure that a researcher should be incur at the time of
performing research related work in significant manner. The primary and secondary methods of
research are useful in order to reaching at the valid conclusion. The cost is one of the most
necessary factor while conducting an investigation. In conducting the present investigation, cost
included in research is related to the internet charges, stationary, printing and others (Bouma,
2016).
Access- It can be explained as academic and appropriate ethical practices that mainly
used to gain the entry to provided community for aim of conducting the formal investigation.
The main consideration in gaining the access to the research participants in the qualitative
investigation is not to be harm. On the other hand, it is necessary for an investigator to have the
proper access about collection of information by using the authentic sources (Hodge, Lieberman
and Murata, 2017).
Ethical consideration- This shows that an investigator should collect the information and
data in an ethical manner. In this, there are some of the ethics as well as principles considered to
an investigator that help in getting the valid, reliable and accurate outcomes (Hymel and Katz,
2019). When conducting an investigation, it is necessary to follow the principles of ethical
consideration such as informed consent, respect for confidential and anonymity, voluntary
participation and the respect for privacy. Other than this, it is necessary for an investigator to not
to disclose the information of participants and also communicate the research outcomes to them
in detailed manner.
Validity and Reliability- This is essential for researcher to develop the valid as well as
reliable outcomes for conducting research in significant manner (Juvonen, 2019). Validity and

reliability are considered as two important aspects for an investigation. In validity, there is
requirement to a researcher to gather the relevant information through using the authentic
sources. This is mainly an instrument that measure the authenticity of the data. Other than this,
reliability is related to measure stability as well as consistency of test scores. This is degree to
which an assessment tools are developed for obtain consistent as well as stable outcomes. So, it
is the responsibility of a researcher to gather the reliable as well as valid data for getting positive
outcomes.
P4 Analytical tools, analyse research findings and data
Data analysis is most necessary part of research as it is related to activities of inspecting,
modelling and also transforming data with motive of getting the proper information. With the
help of data analysis, an investigator can able to analyse the collected information and data from
primary method. There has been questionnaire developed for collected information from primary
method (Loredo and Merritt, 2019). In order to collect the information, there has been thematic
analysis method used as there has been different themes developed on the basis of questions
involved in the questionnaire regarding impacts and challenges of diversity and social inclusion
in Nando’s. There has been graphs developed by using the MS-Excel.

also social inclusion. Diversity is related to the characteristics and traits which make the people
unique while the social inclusion is related to behaviour as well as social norms which assure the
people to be feel welcome. Diversity means understanding the person is unique and identifying
individual differences. The social inclusion is process to make improvement in participation
terms in workplace by increasing opportunities, respect for rights and access to the resources.
Other than this, there are 5 remaining respondents and they do not have the proper understanding
about the diversity and also social inclusion.

Interpretation: Bringing diversity at workplace is not trend to be follow nor quota an
organisation requires to be meet. This is social responsibility for embrace diversity at workplace.
There are some benefits of the diversity at workplace. On the basis of 10 respondents that
enhanced creativity is a main benefit of diversity. The different people have different mindset
and from this they can able to examine something new and unique for betterment of business.
There are 10 remaining respondents and they said that diversity helps in enhance employee
engagement. Diversity helps in engaging the employees so that they can be motivated and
sustain at workplace for longer period of time.
