ensure that different skills, knowledge and expertise get integrated in order to perform operations
co-ordinately (Rice, 2015) This in turn help an organisation to get possible solution out of the
problems that are prevailing within the business environment which in turn further contribute
toward the growth of the company among its competitors and at the same time help in keeping
customers satisfied. This get possible as the cultural diversity maintain the employees belong to
different culture having difference in term of their skills, capability or talent which helping
covering up the areas where an organisation is lacking behind. This in turn further support in
keeping the talent manage at workplace as employees get valued over their skills and capability
which keep them satisfied with their work and they willing to stay connected with eth
