To manage small business project it is vital for project manager to undergo deep research

To better define the report Sainsbury company has been selected which has appointed
mew project manager to manage the small project of an organisation and present it in-front of
CEO. The project is based upon identifying strategies in order to promote diverse and inclusive
workforce within the retain outlet of company. This report cover topics like prepare the aim,
objective as well as time frame of the selected theme. Carry out small scale research on the basis

discrimination. This has generated ample opportunity for an organisation by promoting different
