Ans 2:- Learning and working with the people who come from a different cultural background,
helps to value different culture, language and disability at school. Different activities are
designed and conducted to make them disable children participate with the normal children to
make believe they both equal rights to take participation in school activities. Different cultural
festivals are celebrated to make children familiar with the entire cultural event in order to bring
respect within children to follow the culture.
Ans 3:- Better communication interaction with the students comes from diverse culture helps to
bring awareness. Communicating with different students help to gather information about
different cultures and bring cultural awareness. Cultural books are also helpful to gather
knowledge associated with different cultures. Diverse learning always promotes cultural
awareness. Library visit make read different books which bring cultural awareness of people.
Ans 4:- Respect is an important need to a healthy working atmosphere in work place. It increases
teamwork and enhances efficiency and productivity in the workplace. It lets workers know they
are valued for their capabilities, and achievements, qualities, and that their role is crucial to their
success of company. Organising cultural festivals are important to bring cultural awareness
among students at school. Cultural festivals bring students together and help to know the
importance of diverse culture. Planning and designing cultural activities are helpful to make
children participate in and known about the importance of other cultures.
Ans 5: Students, teachers and other workers working at the school are involved in cultural
activities. Everyone is asked to celebrate all the cultural festivals. A special class is conducted to
make children understand that how important it is to value other cultures, languages and
disabilities. Children are strictly instructed to do not laugh or make fun of disable children.
Ans 6: Designing cultural awareness activities minimizes the chances of conflict. Avoiding
conflicts is very important to ensure the safety at workplace. Safety will be obviously endured if
once everyone will start respecting others culture. Equity among children makes a healthy study
environment for them which would helpful for Safety of the children.
Ans 7: Cultural diversity can be a reason of conflict at the workplace. Workers will start arguing
with each other of they would not respect other culture. Conflicts make working environment
toxic and workers cannot work properly. Team work it not possible if workers are not working
collaboratively and it would also disturb the productivity of the organization.

Ans 8: Weekly activities need to be conducted in order to bring all the workers together to
communicate and so they would stare knowing each other. Cultural awareness is very
compulsory to avoid all the conflicts. Workers need to participate in cultural activities and
celebrate cultural festivals. All the students and workers must perform in all the extra curriculum
activities related to cultural awareness.
Ans 9 cultural book, literature and magazines are required to bring cultural awareness. Teachers,
professor and other educators are required to facilitate diverse learning
Ans: 10 strategies such as designing aboriginal cultures and implementing these strategies are
helpful to support aboriginal and torres strait islander people. Maintain the silence while
communicating is a sign of respecting aboriginal culture. Everybody needs to give a space while
communicating with others. Some of the cultural aids can be organised in the society of
aboriginal communities also organise some of the health program through which health worker
can provide some mental and physical support to the aboriginal communities Both the strategies
are helpful to make workers aware about the importance of diverse culture at the workplace.
Workers need to know that they should respect others culture too if they are working
collaboratively.
