LITERATURE GAP
The key reason behind carrying out this study is to investigate the areas of diversity in
relation with gender and race at the work premises. This study is carried out for academic
purpose which helps in broadening the gaps on the particular subject matter of the research topic.
The key reason of carrying out this study is because it is a current issue and in turn helps in
gaining wider perspective on the importance of workplace diversity for the company and its
employees (Barak, 2016). It is considered to be the current issue because on gender
discrimination, inequality, etc. at workplace. The gap of the research will be effectively resolved
by carrying out thematic analysis which in turn is useful in critically examining the particular
subject matter.
WHAT WE FOUND OUT
This study helps in critically evaluating that, diversity at workplace is important as it
helps in improving the efficiency and productivity of the workforce Boehm and Kunze, (2015) .
It is very useful in understanding various different culture of the individual and also helps in
maintaining positive relationship which in turn leads to higher operational performance and
productivity of the business. It has been determined that, increasing exposure also act as major
barrier in respect of imposing the thoughts and ideas on them. This study also helps in
determining the areas of diversity in relation with gender and race at the work premises.
Furthermore, this study tends to focus on evaluating the influence of workforce diversity on the
performance and productivity of the employees. This study helps in evaluating that, each and
very employee in the organization tends to carry different ideas and thoughts in order to
complete the task and in turn helps in bringing more productive results. This study also
effectively determines the challenges faced by the employees due to diversity in the organization
(Al-Jenaibi, (2017)). This study concludes that, diverse workforce also brings conflicts due to
difference in ideas, thoughts, beliefs, etc. which in turn affects the productivity and profitability
of the business.
RESEARCH LIMITATION
The key limitation of this research study is time constraints. This made it difficult for the
researcher to carry out study within the stipulated time frame. In order to prevent this, researcher
focuses on completing all the task within the stipulated time frame. It was very difficult for the

researcher to predict the results of the respondents which in turn is considered to be one of the
major issue. Lack of financial and human resource is also considered one of the major limitation
while carrying out this study. Limited access to the data related to particular subject matter
resulted in a major limitation while carrying out particular research (Kumar, 2019). Despite of all
these limitations, researcher did not let them affect the reliability and validity of the data
collected. All the resources of the company will be effectively utilized which in turn helps in
gaining better perspective on the subject matter.
