the preliminary report it was
revealed that the accident

displaced. This supported

incident around 30 people
were working at the site and
out of this 15 were injured
and 6 died. This risk rating for
such an incident is identified
as 4/5.

place on 13th July at 11:39
a.m. in 2009 at the site of
