Introduction
For any kind of business you need to have the proper and the vast knowledge about the firm
and also the organisation, so its same for the E-Commerce business. In the assessment there
is the University name the DMU which provides the distance learning program. Its main
objective is to provide the distance learn8ing at international level. To achieve it part the
organisation has to focus on the SOWT analysis which consist of the Strength, weakness,
opportunities and threat. In the following report the SWOT analysis is discussed in detail so
this would help the person to work and run the business in very effective manner.

By the word cross-border is understood that it’s something crossing the border of the nation
and provides the facility over the world for the educational activates only. The student may
not go on other countries or nation due to many reasons so keeping this in mind d the DMU
wants to provide the distance learning program so the student who are interested in pursuing
the higher education will be able to continue the studies by siting at their place only. Cross-
border also believe in the globalization that means there are many student who lives in the
cities where the DMU is present but can’t afford that much fee. Therefore the student can
also use the distance learning program. The higher education gives the birth to the cross –
border for the student who has the power to invent or do something extraordinary.
