In this brief, there is the discussion of the e-commerce where there are the DMU universities
which want to expand their education business and want to have any numbers of the student
to be graduate or be the postgraduate from their universities. DMU provides the globalization
which has cross-border facilities. This also has the distances learning program. So that the
student can learn the thing.

Cross- border Education
This means that the education system wants to cross the border that means they want to teach
the number of the student by moving in various countries at the international level. This is
known as the globalization. Here the student moves from one country to another for the
higher education (Top Universities. 2013). This migration has raised the term cross-border
education.’
Distance learning
DMU also provide this for the student who wants to study but can’t because they can’t afford
the fee of the universities. This mean one can take the degree with the DMU by learning
about the various courses such as B.tech, M.tech and many more. These also provide growth
for the DMU and increase the number of students. As DMU wants to expand their business
they have to analysis the S.W.O.T analysis (Devi.N, U. 2016 ).
S.W.O.T analysis is the most common things in the business or the educational project that
have to be kept in mind.

The university named DMU have the perfect infrastructure for the student to have the higher
education but these things have the one more additional option for the distance learning for
the one who wants to have the name of the university on their degree but they cannot have

Porter model are the five models:
1. Competition in the industry
The important things in the market are the competition because all have similar things but the
thing is what makes us different. There are many universities which provide the DL programs
but in this, the universities have the brand name DMU which is the make them different
because this offer the best placement, therefore, the DL of this is more effective.
2. Power of the student or customer: This has more impact and provides better gaining in the
terms of output and this provide s the quality service and by using market competition. In
terms of growth and availability, there was growth in the educational system.
3. The power of the treats o substitutes: These provide the medium pressure which has
different functionalities and improves the things with the help of the other competition. These
also provide growth for the DMU and increase the number of students.
4. Power of suppliers: The individual has their have and the details. The government has
schools who supplies the physical resources which have distance learning programs. Here the
supplier has to half the quite significant role and manages each and everything for better
functionalities.
5. Potential of new Entrants: To meet the high education sector there is a need for lots of
requirements include the cost, land, etc. This helps in the institution to achieve a better
ranking in the future. The quality of the staff has to be maintained. AS the DMU has a
significant role in terms of education, therefore, the well-established name or the other
countries have to see the prestigious institution.

There are many students who want to studies abroad and want to pursue their higher
education with the brand named universities which helps the person to offer the ranges in
many courses. The issue that appears here is culture transition and have a trusted website
where a student can apply for the distance learning program to achieve their dreams.

1. Culture Issues: This has all about culture, there are some student who can afford the fee of
the universities but might be chances that there are the things which cant suit the student
according to their culture and this may give rise to the cultural issues because the person
cannot resistant in that culture so for them also the person can take the distance learning
programs.
There is the time zone announces: which say that the time problem is here there might be the
chances that the time may vary with the country so that time should be scheduled according
to the respected countries not according the own country(Investopedia. 2019).
There is the feeling like an outsider: The student can think that they are outsider ma the
student not able to get mixed up between the home town students. The newcomer should
have the proper interaction with the teachers as well as the hometown student.
2: Trust issues: There are many questions arise that the DMU will provide all the studies
material which aches in the universities or not. So there is the website in which one can view
or can post the reviews that the student will not be editable to that feedback that means the
one who is posting will only able to delete the post rest will not. DMU which is the make
them different because this offer the best placement, therefore, the DL of this is more
effective, so they don’t break the trust of the student and the parents, therefore, this will keep
