a. The aim of the report

Comprising all aspects the main of De Mont Fort University (DMU) are identified which

implies that DMU needs to create a clear and effective internal communication system for

managing their associate stakeholders. It is assumed that with the help of proper communication

program the profile and reputation of the student of DMU will definitely increase. However

before the development of such program De Mont Fort University (DMU)will be al to get the

mission, vision as well as strategic values of the students.

The report is aiming to develop an internal communication plan for De Mont Fort

University (DMU) to keep their staffs and students engaged to the institutional norms and values.

The aim of the report is to implement an accurate communication plan for De Mont Fort

University (DMU) so that it can keep their stakeholders engages at a time.

The key message set that has been delivered to the students of De Mont Then based upon

the identified issues the necessary components those are needed to be incorporated in the

communication are analyzed. It is expected that is those techniques and tools are included then

b. Result from examination

After analyzing the current position of De Mont Fort University (DMU) it has been found

that they place education at the top position and feels that it is highly precious. DMU recognizes

the profit of electronic mail, internet, services, social media service etc. These services

collaboratively help De Mont Fort University (DMU) to encourage their staffs and students

collectively. It also allows the stakeholders to use the resources for different cases in terms of

home and work. In order to implement the best quality communication plan proper policies are

also considered which ensures that the stakeholder can use the resources effectively. An expected

standard behavior regarding the usage of the email, internet service and social media application

are set out to make sure that the policy is appropriately accurate from the stakeholder’s

perspectives.

c. Method used for data gathering

In order to implement the professional communication plan for DMU, positivism

research philosophy has been selected. As the research is not based statistical data or

mathematical formulations thus the interpretivism and realism philosophies are avoided by the

researcher. Additionally the research approach that has been considered for conducting this work

is deductive as it helps to uncover all necessary hidden facts associated to it. Among three

different design approaches descriptive deign is chosen to discover the real time application of

the strategic communication plan that has been developed for DMU.

In addition to this, for developing the strategic communication plan for DMU an

appropriate timeframe is also developed so that the workload can be reduced from the

researchers. For this particular topic the ideas have no permanent boundaries. Thus, both the

secondary and primary and secondary data collection methods are applied. Apart from this the

data collection technique used to conduct the research work is more focused to qualitative more

than quantitative.

d. Findings

After gathering and analyzing all the data it has been found that, DMU has secured its

place in top 5% of the universities that are involved in regular course changing for the students.

Campus transformation is another important fact that has been evolved by DMU. With the

advanced communication plan the teaching and learning process is also getting improved each

day. The teaching and learning facilities have given cutting edge new facilities t the DMU staffs

and students. It also gave a running and open space to the stakeholders where they can share their

point of views with each other and also provide new ideas to improve the communication plan

more. This communication plan helps the stakeholders to become much familiar about their job

role and responsibilities. Moreover good practices can be shared throughout De Mont Fort

University (DMU) with the help of the communication plan.
