of resources applicability can became the reason of project failure.

program for the development of the docklands Communication limited in order to maintain the
specific arrangements related to the IT offices for the booking, Wi-Fi, TV, CCTV, phone
arrangement for the purpose of conference, meeting room and also gathering areas. Docklands
Communication limited is containing as a specific background related to the IT framework. This
project determines detail action which is also considered as the profession action that was taken
via the project manager in order to maintain all the requirements of the project management
process. Project life cycle stadium is beneficial to enhance the project management activities for
that project manager can effectively monitor all the activities in order to successful completion of
the project (Kerzner, 2017).
Introduction
Project management is user specific knowledge, tools, skills and techniques in order to
deliver something specific to the people so that they can maintain all the consideration of the

the effectiveness of the project. In this project, a new conference centre name “The pandemic
