Brief description of the deliverables
Scope of the project to investigate the development of the application which is easier to
use from both the back end and the front end. It is important to investigate about the mobile
application for the benefit of the doctors and patients so that any confusion can be reduced and
proper management can be performed. It requires a high level of coding and programming
language knowledge with technical expertise so that the development of the application can be in
a professional manner. There is a higher significance mobile application development for the
treatment of the patients on time without wasting any time and also the cost efficient way.
Nowadays it is important to adapt to the advanced technology so that functioning and working of
medical projects can be easier for the citizens of the nation. That is why this project has a good
scope in the mobile application development domain (Praveena, Krupa and SaiPreethi, 2019).
Project design used in the following project report of doctor’s mobile application
development is the descriptive project design. It is one of the scientific methods which includes

the observation and description of the behaviour of the project topic without any influencing
nature. This project design has in-depth investigation about project topics (Jogalekar, Pal, Yadav
and Ingle, 2021). As per the current scenario the project is all about the mobile application
development and therefore heavy coding and technical expertise are responsible for the
descriptive project so that it can be executed in an accurate manner. Project methods used are the
interviews and questionnaires along with the case studies and focus groups in order to gather the
different opinions from different people (Mukherjee and Lakshmikantha, 2020).
Brief explanation of the problem you are addressing
Background of the project report is based on the doctor’s application for booking
appointments in a simple and quick manner. Doctors were having a problem in the long process
to book appointments with the patients and confirm it which also results in the error in the
confirmation. It takes too much time to book an appointment because the sources were only the
mobile phone and online website. That is why this development of application is innovated
which is fast and easy to use which gets an appointment quickly and easily for the patients as
well as the doctors. This is a project which is performed by evaluating the user studies and
questionnaires interviews focus group (KM, 2021). It is based on the browser interface for the
reception connected to the application. This helps in maintaining the security of the application
for example login and logout along with the registration and authentication of user. This report
also contains a security features along with the usability and interface design in order to
maximize the user experience in a positive manner. The entire literature review is based on the
problems faced by doctor while managing its online booking systems. It also discusses the
solutions in order to book appointments in a quick and easy manner. This project also reviews
the procedure of development of application with each and every stage execution along with its
safety and security features (Odeh, Abdelhadi and Odeh, 2019).
Brief explanation of how you can evaluate your work
Evaluating of the entire work is performed by investigation and researching on the topic
about mobile application development online booking appointments which is an important
concept to learn and study in order to apply such applications to real world organisations. This is
because adopting the new form of Technology in order to comfort the working of the profession
is important in our days for better growth and development of the economy and the individual as

well. Therefore it is important to study about the technology and mobile applications which
makes the working easier for the customers as well as for the organisation (Khurana, Qiu and
Kumar, 2019. The above information is all about the project on the doctors application
development for booking appointments. Investigation is made on the above topic in the form of
project objectives and project aims along with the project questions. The proper background and
significance along with the project scope is also discussed in the above report. Moreover the type
of design and the type of method used in the existing project is also informed in the above report.
Hence this report covers all such areas in order to better understand the conception of mobile
development.

Deliverables
Deliverables includes browser based interface for the reception connected to the
application. The user should be registered with the GP and have a login details to the application.
The patient should have the ability to council an appointment and cancelled appointment should
be available again on the application. Both the application and the website should have same
appointment and the problem must be solved for the waiting time over the phone which is in
average of half an hour and sometimes end up with fully booked response.
