INTRODUCTION
Abusing and violence is mainly defined as the consequences which hinders in the heath
and results in negative outcome resulting in the pain, stroking and diseases. Domestic abuse is
mainly recognized as the act of violence in the terms of physical, sexuality and emotionally
abusing an individual. The domestic abuses is mainly recognized as the power of controlling and
the pattern of behaviours which is mainly anticipated in different relations which influences the
individual actions. Domestic abuses mainly includes the behaviour of frightening, intimidate,
terrorize, hurting, manipulating and injuring the another person.
As per the Postmus and et.al., (2020) domestic abuse is mainly defined as the criminal
offences which hinders the behaviour of others by impacting the personal health. The
relationship in which the domestic issue mainly occurs between the individual which are
personal connected as the married, engaged and having personal relations, or the relative in the
society.
Further more, as per the view point of Sánchez and et.al., (2020) the domestic violence is
mainly reconsigned as an issue while living in the society, as it is the serious problem which is
being occurred by all the countries by controlling the behaviours and abusing the partners with
doing an array of various physical, emotional and intimidate activities. Recently this issues is
being highly reported by the women with facing the physical assaulting by their partner. With
this abuse the women are facing the severe chronic and the acute diseases with suffering the
more than seven injuries. As due to these abuses the women is mainly facing and being
depressed, disordering, and the post-traumatic stress. From all this the suicidal behaviour among
the females is increased in many of the countries.
More over according to the M. Pilar Matud,. (2022) the intimate partner violence and
abuses is mainly arising between the couples mainly the age of the 15 to 19years. In this the
relation between the individual is being started at the early age and being recognized as the
domestic violence in the future stages. As this domestic abuses is mainly recognized as the
behaviours of the individual harming others with the sexuality abusing and controlling for
harming with causing disease. In the severe sense it mainly the intimate partner violence includes
the pushing, slapping, biting, abusing with using wrong language and attempt to chocking. The

major signs of domestic issues mainly including the embarrassing, puttying down the
accomplishments, pressuring sexually and mentally, harming with using sharp objects, not
treating fairly and giving threats. Also, making fun and doing embarrassing things by abusing
publicly. Also, doing sexually pressure in the relationships, economically abusing , putting
financially abuse, threatening with using various sources of information and coercive controlling.
Thus, for dealing with these issues in UK it has created the domestic abuse act which helps in
explaining about making complaints directly after facing such an issue for attaining justice by
tackling the crime in the severe harming from the abusers.

Analysing the societal opinion
The societal view in the case of Domestic violence and the media coverage helps in
analysing the issue of the domestic violence in the recent times as: with gathering information
from this article it is being defined that the role of social media helps in arising the awareness
bout the domestic violence and the intimate power as to support with providing help for asking
the shelter in the pace for minimising the abuses. As by using the newspapers and providing the
information for generating the awareness helps in providing and impacting this social issue by
supporting the women to access the helpline number while facing the domestic violence this
resulted in doubling the call volumes during the pandemic.
Also, the mass media play key role for providing support to the victims which are facing
the abuses and the domestic violences. As with emphasizing on the #metoo movement resulted
in providing the important resource to take the help in case of facing dangerous situations. The
cases of domestic violence is being raised especially during the pandemic situation (The Role of

2022). further more, As for this taking the collaborative approach to maintain the distances and

the pandemic the women especial received the support by accessing the formal and informal help
with calling on the helpline number, also highlighting the role while educating the public about
the violence being faced.
Thus, the role of media play key role for shaping the knowledge and attitude towards the
domestic violence by encouraging the individual to disclose the issue and unifying all the norms

making the action plan for providing support and justice to the victim who has been faced the
abusive behaviour with limiting the report. This act is mainly formed for ever-increasing the
awareness of the domestic abuse responding services provide to support the victims need as it is
mainly regarded as the crime (Violence against women, 2022). Further the following legislation
is being framed for preventive the issue by the UK is:
Protecting from harassments act 1997: This act ensures to protect th victim in case of all
harassments by limiting the disputes.
Domestic violence, crime and victim act 2004: This prohibits the domestic violence including
all the offences which causes death and any harm.
Anti social behaviour act 2004: This act ensured to take the measure by the police to deal with
the distress and the harm caused by th abuser.
Family law act 1996: This law and act is passed by the parliament as for concerning the diverse
in case of facing any domestic abuse.
CONCLUSION
The domestic abusing is mainly recognized as doing the behaviour for harming others
while maintaining the personal relations. Further more, This is regarded as the social issue which
impact an individual behaviour and the physical health by causing the depression and anxiety
with resulting in the stressful situation. Also, Through the media and the politicians it is
becoming the societal issue as the women are mainly the victim which results in impacting the
gender. Whereas, But handling this issues with the act imposed by the government helps in

behaviours as by measuring the abusive nature and helping the victims to provide justice.
