actions that can be taken in within the organisation.

Domino’s Pizza is one of the second highest selling retail food chain in USA which
was founded by two brothers Tom and James Monagha. The initial name of the franchise was
Dominik’s Pizza which was later changed to Domino’s Pizza by Tom within few years. In the
year 1983 the franchise had its retail outlets in international market with about 200
restaurants (2). The menu of the organisation is kept very simple and offers simple crust
menu in regular pizza. Catering to different regions of the world the organisation offers the
